Reflexology, an integrative health practice, maps a reflection of the body; predominately on the feet, hands, and outer ears.  It uses unique manual techniques to deliver pressure to neural pathways, assisting the body to function optimally.  Reflexology improves circulation and promotes relaxation.  Clients report increased energy, mental clarity, improved sleep, and a general sense of well-being.

Alison Gingras is a National Board Certified Reflexologist (ARCB) with over 27 years of experience. She combines the therapeutic benefits of Hand and Foot Reflexology with the healing properties of mild herbal teas, encouraging the body to come into balance, naturally.

- Ontario College of Reflexology

The body’s natural ability to heal itself is stimulated by using reflexology on the feet, hands, face and/or head. Muscles relax and circulation improves.

- School of Complementary Therapies

There is scientific evidence that the application of pressure on certain pressure points can reduce pain, relieve stress, reduce swelling, and promote a general sense of well-being.

- Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine

"Alison's approach to reflexology is centered on listening. She openly communicates with her client before the session. Then as Alison explores her client’s feet for tension and
non-verbal messages, she senses the person's mental, emotional and physical state.
In this way, she proceeds with a comprehensive therapeutic session." CMG
